Monday, June 15, 2020

At the beginning and middle of each month, I check in with what is going on in my life and how I can move forward with what I want to accomplish.

I sit down when I can have a moment to myself and begin with a deep breath. Then I go through these journal questions. Don't think to hard, let whatever comes to mind be the answer. There is no right or wrong in this process, it is meant as a guide to move through your emotions and let your mind release any built up tension.

Mid-June Journal Questions:
1. What is coming up?
2. What is newly beginning?
3. What are you moving forward one?
4. What can you do to continue moving forward?

Afterwards, take time to reflect on what came up. Confirm or realign your direction and set intentions.
