Affirmations = Belief + Confidence

“It's the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.” - Muhammad Ali

Belief means having confidence and trust. Believing in yourself means you trust that you will act in an effective way. It means that you have assured reliance in your character, strength and truth. This self-assurance makes it possible for you to do anything you set your mind to accomplishing.

You need a strong belief and conviction in yourself to bravely be you. Affirmations are one way to get there. An affirmation is a simple, positive statement declaring a specific goal. They are basic, empowering mantras that have a profound effect on both the conscious and unconscious mind. By repeating a phrase you can reprogram your brain to think more openly and expansive.

Pick one of these affirmations that stand out to you and repeat it every morning when you wake up, before you go to bed and throughout the day.
  • I am in the process of becoming the best version of myself.
  • I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.
  • I have the freedom and power to create the life I desire.
  • I am full of positive energy and overflowing with joy.
  • I choose to be kind to myself and love myself unconditionally.
  • My body is healthy, my mind is brilliant, my soul is tranquil.
  • My possibilities are endless.
  • Creative energy surges through me and leads me to new ideas.
  • I am worthy of my dreams.
  • I am courageous.
  • I believe I can be all that I want to be.
  • I stand up for myself.
  • I am enough.
Affirming our worth through words manifests our intentions. Speaking positive phrases cultivates our belief that anything is possible. This promotes self-esteem and confidence to trust yourself and bravely be you.
