Thoughts
Sometimes I wonder, is a story worth telling at all?
Then I think of the person who hears it and feels a little less alone. Even if I’m the only one to hear it, that story is worth telling.
Embrace Your Story!
Believe in Possibility
Believe in possibility and you can do anything you set your mind to.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is being in the moment. It is being aware of your surroundings and accepting your reality without judgment.
You Are Unique
Feeling complete and satisfied looks different for everyone. We each have different experiences, circumstances, perspectives, needs and desires. This makes our meaning of wholeness very different as well.
Want VS Need
Wholeness is a feeling that comes from the action of fulfilling a desire or meeting a need.
Clarity Delivers Results
We must specifically define our need or desire. If we are hungry, we want food. If we are struggling, we want peace. However, food and peace are very broad generalities. We can not move forward with much progress on such a wide path.
Emotional Nourishment
Wholeness is not a one time gain, you will have to fulfill your needs and desires enduringly. When you are hungry, you eat to feel full. However, in a matter of hours, you feel hungry again. Wholeness works the same way.
Mindful Action
Wholeness means to be complete, without lack. It’s when you feel satisfied. You can breathe easily and feel relaxed. To be whole is to be at peace.
Set Intentions
Spring transitions into a new season and a fresh perspective. This is the perfect opportunity to set intentions for the next few weeks and months.
Define Wholeness
The only way to feel successful is to know what success looks like. Otherwise, we can feel it and never recognize it for what it is. Wholeness works the same way. We must each define wholeness for ourselves.
Light Balances Darkness
The Spring Equinox is Saturday! It’s only three days away and I can already feel its powerful energy. On the Equinox, the light balances out the darkness.
