Sometimes I wonder, is a story worth telling at all?
Then I think of the person who hears it and feels a little less alone. Even if I’m the only one to hear it, that story is worth telling.

We need quality time to let go of stress, not an anxious time thinking of all the things I should be doing.
Adapt Your Actions
The waves of life can be big and overwhelming. Sometimes they knock us down. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall. It only matters that you get up after each crash.
Accept the Undulation
Life is full of undulations, waves of circumstance, that can knock us down. As you watch that wave come in, whatever you feel is valid.

The first step to staying balanced is to acknowledge what is happening and how you feel about it.

Life is like a wave, constantly rising and falling. We must ride the undulations of life, balancing the ebb and flow.
Love Yourself
You are worthy just as you are. When you look in the mirror, do you only see the things you wish you could change? How often do you notice things you appreciate?
Slow Your Pace
When I am rushed, I start making mistakes. I forget to breathe. I feel frazzled and out of control. It’s okay to slow down!
