The Horizon’s Edge - A Weather Report for the Soul

The Weather

Today, the air is crisp and the wind is rising at Atlantic Beach. There’s a storm on the horizon, but here on the shore, the afternoon is warm and the tide is low, revealing a world of shells and birds at the water’s edge.

The Connection

I’m syncing up with the energy of the ocean today. The wind is picking up—as it always does on the coast—but I’m finding my footing. Even with the transition of the upcoming move and the "storm" of what’s next, I’m staying in this moment. I’m walking the sand, finding sea shells, and feeling a deep gratitude for the path that is stretching out right in front of me.

The Wisdom

Staying in the moment is the most important tool we have during life’s transitions. It’s about being grateful for what we have right now, even as we look forward to where we are going. I’m preparing to be a steward of this coast, and the first lesson the ocean is teaching me is that you don't have to fear the wind if you know how to walk with it. The lessons of the coast are just beginning, and I’m ready to learn.

The Forecast

Today’s forecast: Watch the horizon, but keep your eyes on the shells at your feet. Be grateful for the journey and trust the path ahead.

You’ve got this!
